Thank you for visiting and shopping at BUMBLE BEE KRATOM. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier but are typically 3–7 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.


Shipping Restrictions

We respect federal, state, and city laws, our shipping restrictions are detailed below on the footer and they are automatically updated by WAAVE compliance.
We cannot ship to areas where Kratom is banned or restricted by law. Please refer to the restrictions displayed in the footer of our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.


Delays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipping carrier delays outside of our control, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.
